RULES OF RAJNA VILLABRIDGE & SPA, Please read our guests carefully!

Dear Guests!

We strive to make YOU feel comfortable during your vacation with us. We will do our best to ensure that no circumstances disturb your peace of mind. If, despite our efforts, you notice any disturbing factors that you are not satisfied with, please contact the reception immediately. In order to maintain the condition, order and cleanliness of the accommodation and furnishings, please refrain from any activities that you would not do in your own home.

Our reception service is available to our guests from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We provide telephone contact from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The building is also staffed during the night.

Login / Logout:

The accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Room keys can be collected on site after check-in. Before moving out, please inform the reception so that a colleague can take over the room and the key.

In the case of separate payment, depending on availability, it is possible to book the accommodation at an earlier date or to extend the departure. In both cases, prior consultation is required.

In case of early departure of the booked date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.

Only registered Guests can stay at the accommodation, which the host can check without prior notification.

Upon check-in, you must fill out the registration form legibly, the data of which will be checked and recorded by the employee at the reception based on the documents.

Our Guests may only receive visitors with the knowledge and consent of the reception.

Payment:

The accommodation fee and tourist tax are paid after check-in. If for some reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you reserved in advance, you are also obliged to pay the accommodation fee for the booked nights.

Payment methods: cash, advance transfer, Szép card (MKB, OTP).

Tourist tax can only be paid in cash!

Parking:

We provide free parking for our guests in the parking lot in front of the building, which is monitored by a camera. Parking is only possible in the designated parking space. The property also has an underground garage, which our guests can use for a fee.

Parking for one car per residential unit is provided free of charge for Guests. We cannot provide parking for minibuses and vans, they can be parked in the nearby paid parking lot.

Smoking:

Smoking and the use of open flames inside the building are strictly FORBIDDEN!

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas!

If the Guests violate this, they must pay a fine of HUF 50,000 for tidying up the room.

In order to maintain cleanliness, we respectfully ask our Guests who smoke not to scatter the butts in the entire area of ​​the yard and in the area in front of the building, but to collect them and place them in the ashtrays.

If action is taken against the accommodation provider due to non-observance of the law, the violator must also reimburse the costs thereof.

This action may result in a report and other proceedings.

Use of rooms and furnishings:

Please use the furnishings as intended! Room furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, bathrobes, bed linen, etc. they can only be used in the hotel area. The use of room towels is not allowed in the wellness area and the outdoor pool. In this case, please request a colored towel at the reception.

The furniture can only be rearranged with the consent of the owner.

Upon departure, the rooms will be inspected and, in the event of any damage, the resulting costs will be reimbursed to the guest on the spot.

It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive substances or means of transport (bicycles, motorbikes, etc.) in the rooms.

When leaving the room, please close the windows and balcony doors, turn off the air conditioning and electricity, and turn off the water taps.

If you notice any malfunctions, please report them to the reception immediately, we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

In case of loss of the given room keys, the Guest is obliged to contact the reception immediately and reimburse the associated costs (opening the door, changing the lock, etc.)

Dear Guests, please note that our hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. The room safe in the room offers a safe solution for protecting your smaller valuables. In the case of cash, securities, and valuables, the hotel is only obliged to compensate for the damage incurred if the hotel took them over for safekeeping or refused to take them over for safekeeping.

The hotel is entitled to terminate the contract for accommodation services with immediate effect if the guest does not use the room (or other areas or other facilities of the hotel) as intended, or does not comply with the hotel’s safety regulations and rules.

Meal:

The residential units are equipped with kitchenettes, which are well equipped, where it is possible to prepare simple meals, it is forbidden to eat in the rooms, please use the lounge for meals. Guests can use the microwave oven in the lounge on the ground floor, please do not use any objects or tools containing metal in it.

Cleaning, garbage disposal, treatment:

The guests receive the rooms clean and tidy, if there is a problem with the cleanliness, report it to the reception, we are not able to accept subsequent complaints.

In order to avoid infection due to COVID and other epidemics, we adjust the daily cleaning according to the needs of the guests. With the card in the room, which we ask you to hang on the door handle, please indicate your cleaning needs or notify the reception. If required, daily cleaning takes place between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For longer stays, cleaning is done once a week, with a change of bed linen and towels. If the guest only asks for clean towels, please indicate the change request at the reception by handing in the dirty towels.

Please put the garbage collected in the garbage can in the kitchen in front of the door in the corridor between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

If necessary, we provide guests with ironing facilities free of charge, please indicate your request at the reception. You will find shoe care tools and a sewing kit in the room closet, if they are missing and needed, please let me know at the reception. There are umbrellas on the reception level. In case of rain, they can be used against a deposit.

Upon request of the Guests, we can provide a laundry service for a fee.

Kitchen cleaning products are available in the apartment. If for some reason you need a bucket and a mop, please let us know at the reception or use the help of a colleague.

Stove-potting, spotting:

A fire can only be made in the designated fire pit, using the requested firewood, in a calm environment, equipped with a bucket of fire extinguisher water. We provide a kettle and barbecue grill free of charge, which you can request at the reception.

After the fire, we ask the Guests to remove the garbage and pour the embers.

Services:

Wi-Fi is free, and the password can be obtained at the reception.

The playground can be used for free by children up to the age of 14, but only at their own risk and under parental supervision.

All rooms have air conditioning, for which the remote control can be requested at the reception. Air conditioning is free of charge. We would like to draw our guests’ attention to the fact that the air conditioner can only be used under supervision, and if they leave the room, it is mandatory to turn off the equipment for safety.

A massage service is available at a pre-arranged time, for which more information can be requested at the reception.

The hotel has a wellness area (infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, salt chamber, steam, jacuzzi), which you can inquire about at the reception.

Pets cannot be brought onto the property!

Other:

Items found in the building are to be returned to the reception immediately.

We can keep valuables left in the room for 10 months. We ask our guests to register during this time for items left here. We are unable to post found items.

In order to ensure the tranquility of the Guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise, play music or listen to music in the rooms between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Please note that the accommodation provider is not in a position to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that are not his fault (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, injuries caused in the parking lot, etc.).

The accommodation provider reserves the right not to accept guests who behave scandalously and who do not follow the house rules, or to immediately remove them from the accommodation.

An electronic monitoring system operates in the communal areas of the hotel for asset protection and security purposes.

Compliance with fire and accident prevention rules is mandatory for all guests.

In the hotel room, it is forbidden to store flammable or explosive substances, to operate coffee makers, water heaters, irons and other electrical appliances brought from home.

Finally, we kindly ask our guests to report any comments they have regarding the operation of the hotel, the hotel room, or the behavior of other guests to the reception immediately, so that, if possible, a solution can be found as quickly as possible.
