The beneficial effects of the solarium
There is no doubt that sunlight, including tanning beds, has many beneficial effects. Vitamin D3 is practically formed solely by the sun’s rays (ultraviolet B rays). Vitamin D3 helps the body extract essential calcium from food. (For example, in infants protected from sunlight, the vital intake of vitamin D is artificially supplemented until they reach one year of age, as proper calcium absorption is crucial for their bone development.) Calcium ensures the stability of the bones and is also very important for other bodily functions such as cell division, muscle function, transmission of information between nerves, and metabolism. Ultraviolet B radiation improves blood quality and reduces the levels of certain toxic substances in the bloodstream.

- Everyone can use the wellness services at their own risk and responsibility!
- People under the age of 14 cannot use the wellness area, people between the ages of 14 and 18 can only use it under adult supervision!
- The operator of the wellness center is not responsible for damage to persons or property! It is also not responsible for items left in the wellness area. Please hand in the found items to the reception!
- The wellness services can only be used as intended!
- Guests suffering from fever, infectious and inflammatory diseases are not allowed to enter the wellness area!
- The use of slippers in the wellness area is mandatory! It is PROHIBITED in the sauna!
- The use of own towels in the wellness saunas is not permitted for hygiene reasons! They can use the services only with sheets provided by the hotel.
- The saunas can only be used at your own risk according to the posted general sauna rules.
- Please indicate your massage needs at the reception in order to arrange an appointment!
- Please report any problems to the reception in order to fix them as soon as possible!
IT IS PROHIBITED in the wellness department:
- Smoking, drinking alcohol and eating!
- Any activity that falls outside the scope of wellness services, violates the law or violates public morals and disturbs the peace of others!
- Taking in any dangerous and flammable substances and/or objects (explosives, pyrotechnic devices, weapons) or animals.
- Mini-wellness services can only be used during opening hours!
