Arrival - leaving

Room: from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Please let us know in advance by phone or e-mail if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m. In the case of a later arrival, this is the only way we can reserve the room.

Arrival: The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you want to book the room earlier, this requires prior consultation. It is possible to book an early room out of season, depending on availability. If the room is occupied early, a room surcharge will be charged, which amounts to HUF 4,000/room from 12:00 p.m. and HUF 8,000/room from 10:00 a.m.

Departure: The rooms are available until 10:00 a.m. on the day of travel. If the guests do not leave the room by 10:00 a.m., a room surcharge will be charged, which amounts to HUF 4,000/room until 12:00 p.m., HUF 8,000/room until 2:00 p.m., and HUF 12,000/room until 6:00 p.m. Depending on our availability, late check-out is possible during the off-season, which please check with our reception colleagues!

Parking

Parking is free for 1 car per room in the parking lot in front of the building. The parking lot is not guarded, but monitored with a camera.

An underground garage is available to our guests in the basement of the property, which can be used for a fee. Transfer fee, HUF 3,500/night/passenger car.

Our guests can store their own bicycles in the underground garage.

Payment options

Cash, Széchenyi Pihenőkártá or bank transfer. We are currently unable to accept bank cards.

In case of SZÉP card payment, we accept amounts over HUF 3,000, IFA is always payable in cash.

We can accept a maximum of 3 transactions for account settlement according to our booking conditions

In the case of reservation payment, we can accept the reservation in one transaction (in one amount, one type of payment method), without payment in installments.

We can issue 2 invoices per room. If the guests want to pay the costs with a SZÉP card or partially with a SZÉP card, please present this before payment upon arrival. Payment by SZÉP card is made by phone.

Gift voucher: guests are kindly requested to provide the voucher serial number in writing when booking, and to hand over the voucher upon arrival

Erzsébet vouchers and Erzsébet vouchers plus: we do not accept them

Hotel costs are always paid on the day of arrival, after arrival, after check-in and after booking the room.

bathrobe

For adults (14+), prepared in the room.

We cannot provide for children (<14). On special request, if we find a suitable size, we can give it to you.

Towels

We provide towels for adults and children for the bathroom. For the wellness area, please request a colored towel at the reception.

The use of sauna sheets is mandatory (on the wooden seating surfaces of the infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, salt room). Please throw used sheets in the laundry basket. We charge a fee in case of damage or possible disappearance of the textiles.

Children - important information

Our guests under the age of 6 can only use the salt room in the wellness section. Small guests under the age of 3 must be present in a waterproof diaper.

Unfortunately, strollers are not allowed in the indoor wellness area

The saunas can only be used by our guests over the age of 14

For our little guests, the microwave oven is available 24 hours a day in the lounge on the ground floor.

A vacuum cleaner for nasal suction is available at the reception, which we can lend for the duration of use (5-10 minutes).

We can provide a travel cot if necessary (up to the age of 3). A bathtub and a high chair can be requested at the reception

Booking and cancellation conditions

In the case of a reservation, the guest making the reservation acknowledges that she has read and accepts the reservation and cancellation conditions and our policy!

Booking payment

In the case of reservations for holiday periods and special seasons, we ask that 30-50% of the reservation be transferred within 3 days. We can only accept reservations in cash, by bank transfer, or by sending a pink postal check, as well as with a SZÉP card (with a transfer receipt attached) with one transaction (in one amount, one type of payment), without payment in installments.

When booking with a booking agent

We are NOT able to return a reservation. If the guest cancels his reservation in writing at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the day of arrival, the entire amount of the paid reservation can be used for a reservation of at least the same value during the opening hours within 1 year after the cancellation, on a special request, but not in another name transferable. In this case, we ask our guests to indicate the use of this amount on their next booking. If the guest cancels the reservation within 3 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can only be used in the manner described above, if the canceled room can be sold by the hotel for the given period. In other cases, the reservation remains with the accommodation.

Terms and conditions for multiple rooms in a group: The hotel applies the same terms and conditions to all reservations, which apply equally to all services provided by the hotel. In the case of booking 2 or more rooms together, the hotel automatically requests a 30-50% deposit, regardless of the period, and requests the entry of all guests’ data (name, place and time of birth, address, ID number).

Conditions for bookings sold by intermediaries

These booking and cancellation conditions also apply to guests arriving through other forums that sell accommodation (online accommodation booking portals and travel agencies). In case of differences between the data found on other sales channels and on the accommodation’s own website (www.villabridge.hu), the information on the accommodation’s own website shall always prevail, with the exception of the accommodation fee and meals. The hotel does not assume any responsibility for their differences or any resulting damages.

Other provisions

VillaBridge reserves the right to change the content of the confirmed reservation without reason. We reserve the right to change the program.

VillaBridge’s shared spaces (e.g. outdoor and indoor pool, saunas, courtyard, parking lot) can be used according to available capacity and seats. We do not provide hotel guests with exclusive use of these spaces. If one of our guests cannot use one of our rooms due to lack of free capacity, in that case, please use the services of any other room with free capacity. The accommodation is therefore not liable for damages.

The accommodation reserves the right to carry out extraordinary maintenance and repair work in the building on any day of the year without prior notice. These works may also involve noise. Due to possible unpleasant effects, the accommodation is not obliged to compensate its guests.

VillaBridge & SPA is entitled to terminate the accommodation service contract with immediate effect or to refuse to provide the service if:

  • VillaBridge reserves the right to change the content of the confirmed reservation without reason. We reserve the right to change the program.
  • VillaBridge’s shared spaces (e.g. outdoor and indoor pool, saunas, courtyard, parking lot) can be used according to available capacity and seats. We do not provide hotel guests with exclusive use of these spaces. If one of our guests cannot use one of our rooms due to lack of free capacity, in that case, please use the services of any other room with free capacity. The accommodation is therefore not liable for damages.
  • The accommodation reserves the right to carry out extraordinary maintenance and repair work in the building on any day of the year without prior notice. These works may also involve noise. Due to possible unpleasant effects, the accommodation is not obliged to compensate its guests.
  • VillaBridge & SPA is entitled to terminate the accommodation service contract with immediate effect or refuse to provide the service if:
  • the guest does not use the room made available to him as intended, or uses the services provided by the service provider and/or the premises used for providing them as intended,
  • the guest disturbs the order of the hotel and does not stop the disturbing behavior despite being told to do so,
  • the guest does not comply with the hotel’s safety regulations – e.g.: smokes in a prohibited place and does not stop smoking despite being told to do so, if the guest smokes anywhere in the building and not in the designated smoking area, he/she is obliged to pay HUF 30,000 each time.
  • the guest behaves in an objectionable manner with the hotel’s employees or guests, behaves rudely, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displays threatening, insulting or other unacceptable behavior,
  • the guest is contagious or suffers from a disease that disturbs the peace of other guests. Guests who are unable to take care of themselves may also not use the hotel’s services.
  • the contracting party or the guest does not fulfill the payment obligation required by the accommodation by the date specified by the service provider.

More important policy rules

It is forbidden to use scooters, motorbikes, bicycles, running bicycles, etc. in the hotel building.

Strollers: cannot be taken into the indoor wellness area,

Risk of slipping: Our rooms, where there is even the slightest chance of water splashing, are especially prone to slipping. The accommodation is not obliged to post a warning sign, it is the guests’ own responsibility to take care of their physical health.

Smoking: The accommodation building is non-smoking, designated smoking area: min. from the entrance. 5 m away. Guests who smoke outside the designated area (room, terrace, common room, restroom, etc.) must pay a fee of HUF 30,000/occasion.

Pets: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

The playground can only be used by children under the age of 14.

Do not disturb sign: The hotel reserves the right to open the door of the guest’s room, even without a reason, even if the Do Not Disturb sign is displayed on the room door.

Parking: Parking is possible in the parking lot in front of the building, which is free for our hotel guests. The parking lot is not guarded, but monitored with a camera.

Our guests can store bicycles in the underground garage.

Saunas: for our guests over 14 years of age

Reception of guests: notification in advance is mandatory at the Reception. Only registered hotel guests can stay in the accommodation area, visiting guests can only be received on the terrace or in the lounge on the Reception level. We do not offer our services to external Guests (not even for a fee)

Management of guest data: Basically, the hotel does not release guest data to third parties, however, if it deems it so based on our own internal regulations, it may release it even without reason. In order to avoid abuse, this policy is very strict and we do not disclose it to any external, third party.

Login and the reporting form

After September 1, 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, the legally defined personal data of those using accommodation services in Hungary will be recorded in the accommodation management software of the accommodation provider via a document reader and forwarded to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA). The accommodation provider – in order to protect the rights, safety and property of the person concerned and others, as well as for the purpose of checking compliance with the provisions regarding the stay of third-country nationals and persons with the right of free movement and residence – records the following data of the user in its accommodation management software upon check-in.(*third-country national: persons according to Act II of 2007 on the entry and residence of third-country nationals.) The user of the accommodation service presents the document suitable for identification to the accommodation provider for the purpose of recording the data. It is not necessary to record data that is not included in the document. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service. Based on a legal order, the accommodation provider is entitled to request the guest’s identity document, and the guest is obliged to present it. The accommodation service provider manages the user’s data until the last day of the year following becoming aware of it for the purpose stipulated in the law. With asymmetric encryption, the data stored in the storage space defined by law, i.e. in the VIZA system, is used by the police for the purposes of law enforcement, crime prevention, public order, public safety, the protection of the order of the state border, the rights, safety and property of the person concerned and others, and the conduct of warrant proceedings. you can search. The Data Controller processes the data for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations defined in the relevant legislation (in particular the immigration police, as well as in the legislation related to the tourist tax), and for the purpose of proving the fulfillment, as well as for the identification of the Guest, as long as the competent authority can verify the fulfillment of the obligations defined in the relevant legislation:

The provision of mandatory data by the Guest is a condition for the use of hotel services. The legal basis for the management of this data is the fulfillment of the legal obligation of the Data Controller. The legal basis for the processing of other non-mandatory data is the consent of the data subject.

The purpose of the management of the mandatory data is the Data Controller’s, the above VII.4.4.1. ensuring compliance with the legal obligations specified in point 1, proving the conclusion of the contract concluded with the Data Controller, as well as the completion and fulfillment of the contract, as well as the possible enforcement of claims.

The purpose of handling other non-mandatory data is to ensure the use of other hotel services, to raise the level of services, and to monitor the popularity of the hotel. By entering the email address on the registration form, the guest has the option to subscribe to the Data Controller’s newsletter. Regarding the newsletter, see VII.5. the guidelines are contained in point

The data provided by the Guest on the registration form are applicable to all hotel services used by the Guest, including rentals (bicycle rental).

Obligations of the guest:

  • the guest is obliged to pay the consideration for the services ordered in the contract to the service provider no later than in the manner and by the time specified in the contract.
  • the guest is obliged to ensure that the minors under her supervision are constantly under the supervision of an adult at the service provider’s accommodation.
  • the guest is obliged to immediately report the damage to the hotel’s reception and to provide the hotel with all the necessary information that is necessary to clarify the circumstances of the damage, and that is necessary for a possible infringement or criminal procedure.

The guest’s responsibility for compensation:

  • the guest is obliged to pay for all damages caused by Rhine VillaBridge or a third party caused by the guest or her companion or persons under the supervision of any of these persons.
  • the guest’s obligation to compensate exists even if she is entitled to claim compensation for the injured person’s damage directly from the accommodation.

In all cases, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes arising from the accommodation contract amicably. If the peaceful settlement does not lead to a result, the parties will direct the resolution of the disputes to legal channels. The parties shall, depending on their jurisdiction, settle their disputes arising from this contract, the Mezőkövesd City Court or the B.A-Z. They submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the County Court.

In the case of differences between the reservation and cancellation conditions on the website and the written reservation and cancellation conditions found at the reception, the conditions found at the reception always apply. In case of dispute, we provide the guest with a copy free of charge.

Modification of reservation

It is not possible to change reservations confirmed by our hotel. If the guest wants to change the confirmed reservation, he must first cancel the room to which our cancellation conditions apply, then request a new offer and accept the new offer.
We cannot change the content of our offers either, confirmed services cannot be exchanged, their possible non-use does not reduce the total amount.

In the case of a fixed reservation without a reservation

Cancellation of reservations without a reservation is free of charge if the guest making the reservation cancels the reservation in writing 72 hours before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or a non-cancelled reservation, a penalty of 1 day’s accommodation fee must be paid.

Wifi

Wifi is available free of charge in the accommodation’s rooms and internal common areas. Password can be requested at the Reception.

tAXES

The prices include VAT, the tourist tax must be paid separately on the spot: HUF 350/person/night, over 18 years old.

sMOKING

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, smoking is possible in the designated smoking areas near the entrance. We ask our smoking guests to use only the designated smoking areas, otherwise they will be required to pay compensation. Thank you for your understanding!
